Serving the Block Kitchen is the operational heart of our work. Located in Downtown Jacksonville, our kitchen allows us to prepare fresh meals on-site and serve our neighbors six days a week, providing consistent access to nourishment with dignity and care.
What began as Serving Saturdays has grown into a dependable, community-centered kitchen designed to meet real needs—every day.
Meeting the Need
The Serving the Block Kitchen allows us to move from intermittent outreach to consistent nourishment of serving the block six days a week with dignity and care. We are able to:

Weekly Feeding Schedule
Monday & Wednesday – bag lunch 2 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday – grilled meal 2 p.m.
tickets are given out at 1 p.m.
Tuesday & Fridays – breakfast 10 a.m.
Saturday – 12:30 p.m. – until
